We stock acrylic in clear, colored, mirrored, translucent, or opaque in over 35 colors. A number of coatings can be applied to a sheet or finished product for the purpose of UV filter, non-glare, and scratch resistance. Acrylic has numerous applications, for instance, windows, display cases and everything in between. It is Ideal for P-O-P displays, store fixtures, and general fabrication. Acrylic sheet offers manufacturers, fabricators, and designers a product with exceptional strength, formability, and durability. Can be used indoors and outdoors and will not yellow. It is easily cut and cemented. (The acrylic we use to fabricate is similar to Plexiglass, only difference is that Plexiglass is just a namebrand)

PETG is a thin, flexible plastic material that can be used for many applications such as stencils and framing. This material die cuts and punches with ease and bonds, fastens, welds and rivets extremely well. Additionally, it can be painted, decorated, hot stamped, silk screened, fabricated and formed. Among its advantages, PETG offers superior impact strength over acrylic and cost-effectiveness compared to polycarbonate.

 ABS is used for constant wear and tear applications in all climates. Even though ABS plastics are used largely for mechanical purposes, they also have electrical properties that are fairly constant over a wide range of frequencies.

PVC’s relatively low cost, biological and chemical resistance and workability have resulted in it being used for a wide variety of applications. It is an industrial grade plastic that can be used for ductwork, electrical insulation, and handling corrosive liquids.

 Delrin is a strong, industrial plastic. Delrin acetal homopolymer bridges the gap between metals and ordinary plastics with a unique combination of creep resistance, strength, stiffness, hardness, dimensional stability, toughness, fatigue resistance, solvent and fuel resistance, abrasion resistance, low wear and low friction.

Coroplast is a twinwall poly sheet available in clear and colors. It is certainly the material of choice for today’s screen printing industry and is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. In fact, it is tougher than corrugated fiberboard and lighter than extruded plastic sheet. It is waterproof and stain-resistant.

All Coroplast stock sheets are electrostatically double treated by “Corona Discharge” on both sides to allow specifically formulated inks and adhesives to adhere.

Sheets and rods

The toughest of the clear plastics. Polycarbonate is a highly durable, high-performance thermoplastic. It is dimensionally stable, extremely impact resistant and has excellent optical properties. Polycarbonate is highly transparent with a greater light transmission than many types of glass. For use in high impact and durability applications when standard acrylic is not enough.

Cutting Board is an exceptionally white natural polyethylene color, creating the bright, clean, sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require. Bacteria, odors and cleaning fluids wash completely off. Cutting Board won’t dull knives like wood. It is made to last in the most demanding commercial environments. Above all, it is easy to clean, easy to maintain, and will not rot or splinter. Furthermore, it complies with the FDA and is tested and certified by the NSF for a sanitary work surface.

A phenolic sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass cloth impregnated with synthetic resin. Phenolic is an industrial grade material used in electrical insulating, gears, router bases, spacers, and bushings. 

Additionally, phenolics are usually compression molded and they also have good strength and toughness, good arc resistance and other electrical properties, and good resistance to solvents and high temperatures.

G-10 The most versatile all-around laminate, this grade is a continuous glass woven fabric base impregnated with an epoxy resin binder. It has extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties, both wet and dry. G10 is also known as Micarta and Garolite and can be used for structural supports, buss bars, mechanical insulation, gears, test fixtures, washers, spacers and tight tolerance machined parts for electromechanical assemblies.

Prismatic lighting panels offer excellent efficiency and direct glare control while providing an attractive appearance.

Polyester Film is ideally suited for a wide range of uses such as packaging, printing, die-cutting, electronics, protective overlay, barrier protection, apparel and other industrial applications.  Used for coverings, stencils, and framing applications.
